A Moment with Zen - Global Event Management
Last month we gave you a preview of our new Global Event Management capability in Zenoss Enterprise. Kent Erickson, our VP Product Management, explains IT operations management from a Zenoss point of view, including event generation (SNMP traps, syslogs, etc.), managing event managers (VMware, vSphere, Cisco UCS, domain systems), using business service views, and managing multiple system deployments.
